following at the request of Representative Keller, Chair:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 44                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to sexual abuse and sexual assault awareness and                                                          
     prevention efforts in public schools."                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
HB 44 was removed from the Education Committee and referred to                                                                  
the Finance Committee.
